Angel Hugs Early Learning EXPANSION!!!
It is with such joy to announce this, but Angel Hugs Early Learning is in the process of expanding our license capacity (Still waiting on CDEC for the final approval) We will be operating under a Large Home License. What does that mean? That means we can serve 12 total children. It also means Angel Hugs must have a full-time employee. This is definitely an exciting new chapter for us. I would like to introduce our full-time employee.....Kellie Hewitt. Kellie is my youngest of 2 daughters. Here is a little note from Miss Kellie
Hello 👋 I am so excited to be working here with your littles and my mom. I have always been in childcare centers, and I have always wanted to be able to work in an in-home facility. I have been working in the field of ECE, for almost 8 years now! When I am not working you can find me fishing, swimming, and stand-up paddle boarding. I currently have a baby boy on the way, due in December. I cannot wait to meet all of you and your littles!
FAQ
-Will there always be room for my child with these new capacity numbers?
Yes, if a staff member has called in, Angel Hugs will get a substitute from either their list of subs or a sub agency.
-What happens during Kellie's maternity leave?
Kellie, will be staying here during her leave.
-Jaycee has said she would be able to fill in during emergency care until other arrange can get arranged.

Illness Policy
Temperature over 100 degrees F is considered a fever according to the CDC. For all other illnesses I will be following The Children's Hospital & CDC as to when to keep your child home with you. Just remember that a lot of illnesses are contagious before symptoms appear, including the actual Flu, COVID, and many, many others.

Early Childhood Mental Health Resources
Mental health can be a sensitive topic, but it's important to talk about it. That's because everyone has mental health - even babies - and the foundation for lifelong mental health is set in the early years. See
