We will be having our Daycare Christmas Party on December 18, 2013. Your child will be drawing names for their "Secret Santa" week of November 25. So if for any reason you do not want your child to participate in this, please let me know by November 25.  I will send home a note saying who's name your child drew and the age of the child. The limit is $20. Your welcome to bring things to share with all, but please just let me know so we don't have all the same items.

Halloween Party

We will be having a small Halloween Party on Wednesday, Oct 30.(I don't want to do it the same day as all the other school parties.)  If you would like to bring a treat please feel free to.  Please let me know what you will be bringing, so we don't have the same of everything.  Kids may either wear their costumes all day or may bring their to change into during the party.

Back to School

The summer is over and I think we all had a blast with swimming and playing everyday.  But now we are back in full swing with school and school runs.  As of right now I will be making only 1 school run a day, which is in the mornings.  I am trying to leave between 8:30 & 8:40.

Jaycee and Kellie have a fundraiser going on right now.  I was wondering if you would be willing to help them out.  There is no cost to anyone(I will pay the $5 to get the re-loadable gift cards)  All you have to do is pre-load the card PRIOR to making your purchase at the grocery store.  Then on another transaction check out your groceries & use the re-loadable card with the money you just put on it.  5% will go back to Jaycee & Kellie for cheer.  Please let me know if you would like a Safeway or King Soopers Card.

Summer Fun!!!!!

Please get in your Summer Contract and all the Permission Slips.

We will be going to Anderson Pool 1 day a week or purchasing a larger sized pool for here at the house, one like we had a few years ago.  We will also be doing other things throughout the community.  To make this work will be doing a Walk-A-Thon again this year so we could make the pool & other things are affordable.

Walk-A-Thon
This year we will be having a Walk-A-Thon on June 3, 2013 from 10AM - 11AM.  This will help fund some of our summer activities.  I will be sending home in the next few weeks a pledge sheet for each child.  Our goal is to raise at least $600.00.  If each family can raise $75.00 each, we will achieve our goal.  If your child does not participate in the Walk-A-Thon to help raise money, then you will be expected to pay for the daily activity, which could range from $2-5/trip.  If you don't pay for the daily activity your child will be sitting the entire time we are there.  If enough money is not raised for activities, then a small fee still may apply everyday.  So let's make this a successful Walk-A-Thon!  All money is by Friday, June 7. (Please fix this on your sheets!!!!)

Summer Fun!!!!!

Flu Season

New Billing/Invoice Program
I am using a new billing/invoicing program.  If you had said you wanted to pay via electronic funds.  This will now be available to you.  If you do not want to use it, that is still fine.  Until I figure out how the program fully works, you may be getting multiple invoices.  Please let me know if you do.  That way I know what is being sent out.  If it is the actual invoice I will let you know or put a note on the invoice.  Most invoices will start being sent via email, but you do not have to pay with the electronic funds transfer.  Again please accept my early apologies if you receive the wrong/multiple invoices.  I will let you know once I truly have it figured out.
